Returns & Exchanges

At INDI, every crochet piece is handcrafted with intention and inspected before dispatch.

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear, intimates, and crochet garments must be tried on over undergarments and will only be accepted if returned in pristine, unaltered condition.

Crochet Care & Responsibility

Due to the handcrafted nature of crochet:

Items that show signs of wear, stretching, snagging, washing, heat exposure, or improper handling will not be accepted.
Damage resulting from incorrect care, storage, or use is not considered a defect.
Natural variations in stitch, tension, and texture are part of the design and not faults.

Care instructions provided must be followed to maintain garment integrity.
